Childbirth Refresher

Having another baby? Congratulations! Come in for a review of the birth process and learn how to prepare to be the parents of two (or more!). Topics include:

 

  • Stages of labor
  • Back labor
  • Coping techniques and labor support
  • Pain medication update 
  • Sibling adjustment and how to make this transition successful
  • VBAC topics are covered for any mothers who have previously given birth by cesarean

 

Free tours are given at all area hospitals. We will help you with setting up your tour.
