Congratulations! Come in for a review of the birth process and learn how to prepare to be the parents of two (or more!). Topics include:
- Stages of labor
- Back labor
- Coping techniques and labor support
- Pain medication update
- Sibling adjustment and how to make this transition successful
- VBAC topics are covered for any mothers who have previously given birth by cesarean
Please note that a hospital tour is not part of prenatal classes at Amma. You can contact your hospital directly for information about tours.
Tuition: $45 for one 3-hour class (for pregnant mother + 1 support person) Register
