Amma Parenting Center partners with Buckle Up Kids, run by Renda Baird. Renda is a fire fighter and Certified Safety Seat Technician.
Your appointment gives you the opportunity to practice installing your infant safety seat or convertible car seat yourself under a technician’s guidance. You’ll come away knowing how to install the seat, how to double check for correct installation, and how to ensure that your child is buckled into the seat appropriately.
This service is strongly recommended by pediatricians, highway safety experts, and our own teaching staff.
Fee: $35
Your appointment covers one vehicle and one safety seat, although if you have a second infant safety seat base it’s counted as one safety seat.
