Free fitness class changes
Due to the snow and a scheduling conflict, the Monday evening yoga class and the Thursday evening fusion class are cancelled this week. They will both be free next week. Free daytime fitness will run this week as planned.

Do you need breastfeeding help? Bring your baby (of any age) on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:00 to see our lactation consultant. Ask questions about milk supply, returning to work, pumping, weaning, or whatever is on your mind.
